Conditions for Setting the DTC

- The ECM detects that the learned camshaft angle is greater than 4 degrees advanced or 15 degrees retarded in relationship to the crankshaft, for greater than 2 seconds.
OR
- The ECM detects that the actual camshaft angle is advanced greater than 16 degrees or retarded greater than 22 degrees in relationship to the crankshaft, when the camshaft actuators are commanded to the parked position. The condition exists for greater than 10 seconds.
