Installation Procedure

  1. Install the CMP sensor.
    2. CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .
  2. Install the CMP sensor bolt and tighten to 10 N.m (89 lb in).

  3. Connect the engine wiring harness electrical connector (2) to the bank 1 intake CMP sensor (4).
  4. Install the engine control module. Refer to Engine Control Module Replacement .
  5. Install the air cleaner assembly. Refer to Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement .
