Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the drive motor generator power inverter module support. Refer to Generator Control Module Bracket Replacement .
  2. Fig 1: Outlet Pipe Quick Connect Fitting And Fluid Auxiliary Cooler Inlet Pipe

  3. Disconnect the transmission fluid auxiliary cooler outlet pipe quick connect fitting (1) at the thermal bypass valve. Refer to Transmission Fluid Cooler Hose/Pipe Quick-Connect Fitting Disconnection and Connection 
  4. Remove the transmission fluid auxiliary cooler inlet pipe (2) from the thermal bypass valve.

  6. Remove the transmission fluid auxiliary cooler inlet pipe bolt (1).
  7. Remove the transmission fluid auxiliary cooler inlet pipe (2) from the vehicle.
