Installation Procedure

Install the transmission fluid auxiliary cooler inlet pipe (2) to the vehicle.

CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .

Install the transmission fluid auxiliary cooler inlet pipe bolt (1) and tighten to 22 N.m (16 lb ft)

Install the transmission fluid auxiliary cooler inlet pipe (2) to the thermal bypass valve.
Connect the transmission fluid auxiliary cooler outlet pipe quick connect fitting (1) at the thermal bypass valve. Refer to Transmission Fluid Cooler Hose/Pipe Quick-Connect Fitting Disconnection and Connection
Install the drive motor generator power inverter module support. Refer to Generator Control Module Bracket Replacement .
