Oil Pump: Installation

  1. Install the oil pump to the valve body. See Figure .
  2. Install the oil pump bolts (206-207). See Figure .
  3. Tighten the bolts as follows:
    • M6 X 1.0 X 85 (207) - 106 INCH lbs. (12 N.m)
    • M6 X 1.0 X 95 (206) - 12 Ft. lbs. (16 N.m).
  4. Connect the electrical connectors to the solenoid valves, the TFP manual valve position switch and the temperature sensor.
  5. Install the case side cover. See CASE SIDE COVER  .
