Radiator Outlet Hose Replacement (LAT)

Preliminary Procedures Drain the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static Fill With HP5) or Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static Fill Without HP5) or Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE 47716 Fill With HP5) or Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE 47716 Fill Without HP5) . Remove air cleaner outlet duct. Remove intake manifold cover. Refer to Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement Remove the hose clamps from the radiator outlet hose at engine. Remove the hose clamp from the generator control module coolant outlet hose. Raise and suitably support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle . Remove the radiator clamp and hose from the thermostat housing. Remove hose clamp from radiator outlet hose at radiator.
1	Radiator Outlet Hose Tip: This hose is integral to the generator control module coolant hoses with T's and clamps and must replaced as an assembly.

Remove air cleaner outlet duct.
Remove intake manifold cover. Refer to Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement
Remove the hose clamps from the radiator outlet hose at engine.
Remove the hose clamp from the generator control module coolant outlet hose.
Raise and suitably support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle .
Remove the radiator clamp and hose from the thermostat housing.
Remove hose clamp from radiator outlet hose at radiator.
