RECIRCULATION Door: Installation

  1. Install the recirculation door to the evaporator case. See Figure. Install the recirculation door actuator and the linkage. Install the evaporator front cover.
  2. Install the screws to the evaporator front cover. Install the evaporator tube to the evaporator. Install the accumulator. Connect the electrical connectors.
  3. Install the battery to the vehicle. Install the coolant recovery tank or the surge tank. Evacuate and recharge the A/C system (if equipped). See RECOVERY, EVACUATING & RECHARGING in GENERAL SERVICING PROCEDURES article in GENERAL SERVICING.
