Component Testing

  1. Ignition OFF, disconnect the harness connector at the washer fluid level sensor.
  2. Washer fluid level switch open, test for infinite resistance between the signal terminal 2 and the ground terminal 1.
    • If not the specified value, replace the washer fluid level sensor.
  3. Washer fluid level switch closed, test for less than 2 ohms between the signal terminal 2 and the ground terminal 1.
    • If not within the specified range, replace the washer fluid level sensor.
