Installation Procedure

  1. Position the power steering fluid reservoir outlet hose to the vehicle.

  3. Compress the power steering reservoir outlet hose clamp (1) and connect the power steering reservoir outlet hose (2) to the remote power steering fluid reservoir (2).

  5. Compress the power steering reservoir outlet hose clamp (1) and connect the power steering reservoir outlet hose (2) to the power steering pump.
  6. Clean any excess fluid from the vehicle and remove the drain pans.
  7. Install the air cleaner outlet duct. Refer to Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement .
  8. Fill and bleed the power steering system. Refer to Power Steering System Bleeding .
