Opening the Liftgate Without Electrical Power

2	Liftgate Trim Panel Plug Procedure Locate dimple on trim panel. Remove the access cover. Using a flat-bladed tool push down on the black bellcrank lever, through the access hole, to unlock the liftgate. Push open the liftgate from the inside. Install the access cover.
