Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the rear transmission mount. Refer to Transmission Rear Mount Replacement (FWD)  or Transmission Rear Mount Replacement (AWD) .
    2. Fig 1: Heat Shield Bolts And Shield

  2. Remove the heat shield bolts and shield.
    3. Fig 2: Rear Transmission Mount Bracket Bolts

  3. Remove the rear transmission mount bracket bolts (1, 3, 4).
  4. Remove the rear transmission mount bracket (2).
