Air Conditioning (A/C) Refrigerant Pressure Sensor Replacement (with HP5)

Preliminary Procedures

  1. Remove the left headlamp assembly. Refer to Headlamp Replacement .
  2. Reposition any coolant hoses to access A/C pressure sensor.
1 Refrigerant Pressure Sensor
CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .

Procedure

  1. Disconnect the electrical connector from the sensor.
  2. Lubricate the refrigerant pressure sensor O-ring with mineral oil.

    Tighten:  4 N.m (35 lb in)
