Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the frame from the vehicle. Refer to Frame Replacement (4T45-E Transmission)  or Frame Replacement (6T70 Transmission)  or Frame Replacement (2MT70 Transmission) .

  2. Remove the upper frame insulator (1)

  3. Assemble the CH-47672-A  press as shown, on the frame insulator being removed. See Special Tools .

  4. Use the CH-47672-A  press to remove the frame insulator from the frame. See Special Tools .
