Removal Procedure

  1. Raise the vehicle on a hoist. Refer to LIFTING & JACKING THE VEHICLE .
  2. Remove the differential carrier assembly. Refer to DIFFERENTIAL CARRIER ASSEMBLY REPLACEMENT .
  3. Remove the nuts and the washers from the bracket.
  4. Remove the bolt from the bracket.
  5. Remove the bracket from the vehicle.
