Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the shift control bracket. Refer to Shift Control Replacement for the Getrag 5 speed transmission or Shift Control Replacement for the 5AT transmission or Automatic Transmission Control Replacement for the 4T45-E transmission.
  2. Slide the center floor air outlet duct forward enough to clear the rear floor air outlet duct and then up and rearward to remove.
