Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the throttle body air inlet duct. Refer to Air Cleaner Resonator Outlet Duct Replacement .
  2. Drain the cooling system. Refer to Draining and Filling Cooling System (Static Fill)  or Draining and Filling Cooling System (GE 47716 Fill) .
  3. Remove the throttle body inlet hose clamp and the hose from the coolant pipe.
  4. Remove the throttle body inlet hose clamp and the hose from the throttle body and the vehicle.
