Installation Procedure

Fig 1: Disconnecting Surge Tank Return Hose And Clamp From Thermostat Housing Pipe (2.2L)

Install the surge tank outlet hose to the vehicle.
Install the surge tank outlet hose to the engine.
Install the surge tank outlet hose clamp to the engine.

Install the surge tank outlet hose clamp to the hose.
Install the surge tank. Refer to Surge Tank Replacement .
