Removal Procedure

  1. Disconnect the instrument panel wiring harness electrical connector from the accelerator pedal position (APP) sensor.

    IMPORTANT: Due to clearance issues, the upper bolt cannot be removed from the sensor. Loosen the bolt and leave the bolt in the sensor until the sensor is removed.
  3. Remove the APP sensor bolt.
  4. Remove the APP sensor.
