Removal Procedure

  1. Relieve the fuel system pressure. Refer to Fuel Pressure Relief .
  2. Remove the intake manifold. Refer to Intake Manifold Replacement .
  3. Disconnect the fuel injector electrical connectors.

  4. Remove the bolts.
  5. Remove the fuel rail and injectors from the manifold as an assembly.
