Removal Procedure

  1. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle .
  2. Remove both front tires and wheels. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation .

  4. If equipped with AWD, disconnect the stabilizer links from the stabilizer shaft.
  5. If equipped with AWD, swing the stabilizer shaft upwards in order to gain additional clearance.

  7. Remove the transmission mount-to-bracket through bolt.

  9. Remove the transmission mount-to-frame bolts.
  10. Remove the transmission mount from the vehicle.
