Removal Procedure

  1. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle .
  2. Remove the right tire and wheel assembly. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation .
  3. Remove the intermediate drive shaft. Refer to Intermediate Shaft Replacement (L61) or Intermediate Shaft Replacement (L66) .
  4. Using the SA9113T  , remove the axle seal.
