Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the left fuel rail. Refer to Fuel Rail Assembly Replacement .
  2. Fig 1: Identifying Lower Intake Manifold Components (Left)

  3. Remove the lower intake manifold nuts (530) and bolts (532).
  4. Remove the lower intake manifold and gasket. Discard the gasket.
