Circuit/System Verification

DTC C1109 will set as result of brake fluid pressure hold solenoid 2 circuit short to ground or open, test for power, and ground circuits to the SGCM. These electrical failures will typically be set immediately after key-up.

Test and repair the SGCM power or ground circuits if necessary.

DTC C1109 will set as result of the circuit voltage is too low. These will be set approximately 1 seconds or more after start-up, and may be intermittent.

Locate and repair the source of the circuit fault. Refer to Brake Assist System Diagnosis .
