Installation Procedure

  1. Position the door trim panel over the top of the door hooks.
  2. Push downward to engage the hooks to the structure.
    3. NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice .
  3. Install the fasteners located at the bottom of the door trim panel.

    Tighten:  Tighten the fasteners to 2.5 N.m (22 lb in).

  4. Install the fasteners located behind the door trim pull handle.

    Tighten:  Tighten the fasteners to 2.5 N.m (22 lb in).

  5. Snap the inside escutcheon into place.

  6. Install the door panel push pins (1).

  7. Install the trim panel fastener located behind the upper extension trim panel.

    Tighten:  Tighten the fasteners to 2.5 N.m (22 lb in).

  8. Install the upper extension trim panel. Refer to Upper Extension Trim Panel Replacement .
  9. Install the inside door handle. Refer to Door Inside Handle Replacement .
