Removal Procedure

  1. Raise the vehicle. Refer to JACKING AND LIFTING the Vehicle in General Information.
  2. Remove the transfer case shield mounting bolts (3) from the transmission support.
  3. Remove the transfer case shield (2) from transmission support.
