Installation Procedure

WARNING: This page does not describe the selected car, but rather 8 other vehicles, including the 2003 GMC Yukon XL, 2003 GMC Yukon, 2003 Chevrolet Tahoe, 2003 Chevrolet Suburban, and 2003 Chevrolet Avalanche. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.
  1. Install the fuse block to the I/P wire harness block.
    NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE in Cautions and Notices.
  2. Install the retaining bolt.

    Tighten 

    Tighten the bolt to 6 N.m (53 lb in)

  3. Install the fuse block to the I/P until it clicks in place.

  4. Connect the wiring connectors to the fuse block.

    Refer to UNDERHOOD FUSE BLOCK to ensure the right connections are made.

  5. Install the right side end panel.
