Removal Procedure

  1. Disconnect the radiator inlet hose from the water outlet housing. Refer to Radiator Hose Replacement - Outlet (Body VIN Code 3) .
  2. Remove the power steering pump bracket. Refer to POWER STEERING PUMP in Power Steering System.
  3. Remove the water outlet housing bolts.

  4. Remove the water outlet housing and seal. Discard the old seal.
