Removal Procedure

  1. Partially drain the cooling system. Refer to Draining and Filling Cooling System .
  2. Remove the upper radiator baffle. Refer to AIR INTAKE BAFFLE REPLACEMENT - RADIATOR in Body Front End.
  3. Remove the vent inlet hose from the radiator.
  4. Remove the vent inlet hose from the surge tank.
