Installation Procedure

Assemble the fan blade to the fan clutch.

NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE in Cautions and Notices.
Install the 4 bolts to the fan blade.
Tighten: Tighten the bolts to 27 N.m (20 lb ft).
Install the fan clutch to the fan shroud.
Install the push-pin to the fan clutch electrical connector.
Install the cooling fan and shroud. Refer to Cooling Fan and Shroud Replacement .
