Installation Procedure

  1. Position the seat back pad on the frame.
  2. Install the seat back trim cover over the top of the seat back.
  3. Install the head restraint guides by pressing the guides into position until the locking tabs engage.

  5. Continue installing the seat back trim cover, pressing over the hook and loop locations to ensure that the hooks engage.
  6. Connect the J-hook retainer to the seat back trim cover.
  7. Install the head restraint. Refer to Head Restraint Replacement - Front Seat .

  9. On vehicles with heated seats, connect the electrical connector to the seat heat module.
  10. Install the armrest to the seat. Refer to Armrest Replacement - Front Seat .
  11. Install the side trim panel to the seat cushion. Refer to Seat Cushion Outer Trim Panel Replacement - Front Seat (4-Way)  or Seat Cushion Outer Trim Panel Replacement - Front Seat (2-Way) .
  12. Install the seat into the vehicle. Refer to Seat Replacement - Front Bucket .
