Installation Procedure

Connect the I/P cluster harness.

NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE in Cautions and Notices.

Install the I/P cluster in the I/P housing. Install and tighten the fasteners.
Tighten: Tighten the fasteners to 2 N.m (18 lb in).
Install the I/P cluster trim plate. Refer to Trim Panel Replacement - Instrument Panel (I/P) Cluster .
Enable the SIR system. Refer to DISABLING & ACTIVATING AIR BAG SYSTEM .
