Removal Procedure

Fig 1: Coolant Surge Hose & Clamp

Loosen the air outlet duct to throttle body clamp.
Remove the air outlet bracket-to-cylinder head nut and lift the duct off the throttle body.
Remove the vent hose to surge tank clamp.

Remove the vent hose-to-cylinder head port clamp and hose from the port.
Unclip the vent hose from the fuel rail and remove the hose assembly.
