Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the front seat. Refer to Seat Replacement - Front Bucket .
  2. Disconnect the 3 electrical wiring harness connectors from the seat adjuster motors.

  3. If equipped, remove the push-in retainer (2) and tab (1) on the power lumbar harness from the motor bracket.
  4. Remove the nut from the seat adjuster motor bracket.

  5. Disconnect the drive cables from the seat adjuster motors. Refer to Drive Cable Replacement - Horizontal and Vertical .
  6. Remove the seat adjuster motor assembly from the front seat adjuster.
