Installation Procedure

  1. Position the fascia to the vehicle impact bar.
  2. NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in CAUTIONS & NOTICES .
  3. Install the upper retaining bolts to the fascia.

    Tighten:  Tighten the bolts to 2.5 N.m (22 lb in).

  5. Install the screws that retain the fascia to the wheelhouse flanges.

    Tighten:  Tighten the screws to 2 N.m (18 lb in).

  6. Fig 3: Installing And Fully Seating Lower Push-Pins

  7. Install and fully seat the lower push-pins.
  8. Install the backup lamp socket assemblies, if applicable. Refer to BACKUP LAMP REPLACEMENT (GMC) in Lighting Systems.
