Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the front fascia. Refer to Fascia Replacement - Front Bumper (Chevrolet, GMC)  or Fascia Replacement - Front Bumper (Oldsmobile) .
  2. Remove the impact bar. Refer to Impact Bar Replacement - Front Bumper .
    3. Fig 1: Removing 3 Push-Pins Retaining Air Deflector To Impact Bar

  3. Remove the 3 push-pins that retain the air deflector to the impact bar.
  4. Disengage the tabs on the air deflector from the slots in the impact bar.
  5. Remove the air deflector from the impact bar.
