Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the 2 left bolts (2) retaining the headlamp housing. Refer to HEADLAMP HOUSING PANEL REPLACEMENT (CHEVROLET, GMC) and HEADLAMP HOUSING PANEL REPLACEMENT (OLDSMOBILE) in Body Front End.
  2. Remove the battery ventilation hose from the battery carrier.

  4. Disconnect the horn assembly electrical connector.
  5. Remove the bolt that retains the horn assembly to the body.
  6. Remove the horn assembly from the body.
