Installation Procedure

Install the horn assembly to the body.

NOTE: Refer to CAUTIONS & NOTICES Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

Install the bolt that retains the horn assembly to the body.
Tighten: Tighten the bolt to 10 N.m (88 lb in).
Connect the horn assembly electrical connector.

Install the battery ventilation hose to the battery carrier.
Install the 2 left bolts (2) retaining the headlamp housing. Refer to HEADLAMP HOUSING PANEL REPLACEMENT (CHEVROLET, GMC) and HEADLAMP HOUSING PANEL REPLACEMENT (OLDSMOBILE) in Body Front End.
