Installation Procedure

Install the recirculation door (1) to the recirculation assembly.
Install the recirculation actuator.

NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE in Cautions and Notices.

Install the screws to the recirculation actuator.
Tighten: Tighten the screws to 1.9 N.m (18 lb in).
Install the screws to assemble the recirculation assembly.
Tighten: Tighten the screws to 1.9 N.m (18 lb in).
Install the HVAC module assembly. Refer to HVAC Module Assembly Replacement .
