Installation Procedure

Install the HVAC pass thru seal (3) to the HVAC module-auxiliary (1).
Install the heater core cover-auxiliary.

NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE in Cautions and Notices.

Install the screws to the heater core cover-auxiliary.
Tighten: Tighten the screws to 1.9 N.m (18 lb in).
Install the HVAC Module-Auxiliary. Refer to HVAC Module Replacement - Auxiliary .
