Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the right closeout/insulator panel. Refer to CLOSEOUT/INSULATOR PANEL REPLACEMENT - RIGHT in Interior Trim.
  2. Fig 1: Blower Motor Resistor

  3. Disconnect the blower motor resistor electrical connector (3).
  4. Remove the blower motor resistor mounting screws (2).
  5. Remove the blower motor resistor (1).
