Installation Procedure

Install the mid-upper air distribution duct (6).
Install the mid-upper air distribution fastener (7).

NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE in Cautions and Notices.

Tighten the mid-upper air distribution screw.
Tighten: Tighten the screw to 1.9 N.m (17 lb in).
Install the lower air duct (5) to the vehicle.
Tighten: Tighten the screw to 1.9 N.m (17 lb in).
Install the lower air duct screw (4).
Install the right rear quarter trim panel. Refer to TRIM PANEL REPLACEMENT--REAR QUARTER--RIGHT (TRAILBLAZER, ENVOY, BRAVADA) or TRIM PANEL REPLACEMENT - REAR QUARTER - RIGHT (TRAILBLAZER EXT, ENVOY XL) in Interior Trim.
