Installation Procedure

Install the new O-ring seal. Refer to O-Ring Replacement .

NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE in Cautions and Notices.

Install the A/C refrigerant pressure sensor to the compressor hose block.
Tighten: Tighten the A/C refrigerant pressure sensor to 4.8 N.m (42 lb in).
Connect the electrical connector to the A/C refrigerant pressure sensor.
Leak test the fittings of the component using J 39400-A Halogen Leak Detector. See Special Tools and Equipment .
Lower the vehicle.
