Installation Procedure

Install the new O-ring seal. Refer to O-Ring Replacement .

NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE in Cautions and Notices.

Install the A/C low pressure switch (2) to the accumulator (1).
Tighten: Tighten the A/C low pressure switch to 4.8 N.m (42 lb in).
Connect the A/C low pressure switch electrical connector.
Leak test the fittings of the components using the J 39400-A Halogen Leak Detector. See Special Tools and Equipment .
