Release Actuator Replacement: Installation

  1. Align the lock actuator to the rear compartment lid latch.
    NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE .
  2. Install the lock actuator bolts.

    Tighten 

    Tighten the lock actuator bolts to 3 N.m (26 lb in).

  3. Connect the electrical connector to the lock actuator.
  4. Close the rear compartment lid.
