Fasten Safety Belt Warning

Radio activates fasten safety belt audible warning as requested by Instrument Panel Cluster (IPC). IPC sends a class 2 message to radio, indicating chime frequency of a slow rate and at a duration of 8 seconds. Fasten safety belt warning sounds and fasten safety belt indicator illuminates when following occurs:

Ignition switch is turn to RUN position.
Inflatable restraint Sensing and Diagnostic Module (SDM) detects that driver seat belt is not buckled and signal is low. IPC receives a class 2 message from SDM indicating driver seat belt status.
