Removal Procedure

  1. Insert a small, plastic flat-bladed tool into the slot on the rear edge of the sensor bezel and release the bezel retainer from the I/P upper trim panel.
  2. Remove the sensor bezel from the upper trim plate.

  3. Remove the daytime running lamp (DRL) ambient light sensor (3) by turning counterclockwise to release the sensor from the sensor bezel.
  4. Disconnect the electrical connector from the DRL ambient light sensor.
