Installation Procedure

  1. Ensure the painted fender surface in the tape contact areas are clean and dry.
  2. Position the front wheel opening molding to the front fender.
  3. Install the locating push-pin (1) into the molding.

  4. Install the remaining 5 push-pins in order to secure the molding to the fender.
  5. Warm the body panel and molding using a heat lamp or a heat gun, if necessary to a temperature between 18.8-43.3°C (66-100°F).
    IMPORTANT: Do not touch the adhesive backing.
  6. Remove the tape liner from the adhesive tape.
  7. Press the molding to the fender.
  8. Hand roll the molding to the fender in order to ensure proper adhesion.
