Installation Procedure

WARNING: This page is about a different car, the 2003 Buick Regal and 2003 Buick Century. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.
  1. Install the cooling fan motor.
    NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE in Cautions and Notices.
  2. Install the cooling fan motor bolts.

    Tighten 

    Tighten the bolts to 6 N.m (53 lb in).

  3. Install the cooling fan blade.
  4. Install the cooling fan blade nut.

    Tighten 

    Tighten the nut to 6 N.m (53 lb in).

  5. Connect the cooling fan motors electrical connectors.
  6. Install the cooling fan assembly. Refer to COOLING FAN REPLACEMENT - ELECTRIC  .
