Installation Procedure

  1. Install the lower engine mount bracket to the exhaust manifold stud and the upper engine mount strut bracket.
    NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE in Cautions and Notices.

  2. Install the lower engine mount strut bracket bolts.

    Tighten 

    Tighten the lower engine mount bracket bolts to 50 N.m (37 lb ft).

  3. Install the lower engine mount strut bracket nut.

    Tighten 

    Tighten the lower engine mount bracket nut to 30 N.m (22 lb ft).

  4. Connect the negative battery cable. Refer to BATTERY NEGATIVE CABLE DISCONNECT/CONNECT PROCEDURE in Battery.
