Installation Procedure

WARNING: This page is about a different car, the 2003 Buick Regal and 2003 Buick Century. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.
  1. Install the center air distribution duct.
    NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE in Cautions and Notices.
  2. Install the center air distribution duct mounting screw.

    Tighten 

    Tighten the screw to 1.5 N.m (13 lb in).

  3. Install the right and left side air distribution duct.
  4. Install the right and left side air distribution duct mounting screws.

    Tighten 

    Tighten the screws to 1.5 N.m (13 lb in).

  5. Install the instrument panel. Refer to TRIM PAD REPLACEMENT -- INSTRUMENT PANEL (I/P) in Instrument Panel, Gages, and Console.
